Most appointments last around 15 minutes. Some complex issues (e.g. certificates) may require longer appointments.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Yes. We can provide reviews and advice for many long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, hypertension, and mental health conditions. Ongoing monitoring may require follow-up appointments or coordination with your NHS GP.
